| | woke up and ran some shuffle pace grass loops, 8:54 avg. felt really good, beautiful weather too. love those chill sunday shakeouts. probably gonna up the mileage next week, that way I can get ready to start doing real workouts soon. glad to be back into it.

| | only had time for 2.2 miles this morning. 9 hour shift at work and then went up to Scofield to move my grandparents stuff from their cabin. they had to sell it due to getting old. 22 years of memories come to an end, but i'm forever grateful for grandparents who gave me the world.

| | no run; up here in scofield moving. pretty exhausting stuff at 7,200 feet!

| | ran 3.2 miles on park loop when i got home from scofield. it was hotter than usual in cedar, and i PERISHED. still hit a good clip, 6:38 avg.

| | ran 4.5 easy, went up dikes and came down near cassie's old apartment. kept it easy, 7:30 avg. felt really good! the fitness is coming together nicely, and i'm getting better at holding back and not feeling the need to run 6:xx pace all the time.

| | ran 5 total, threw in some 30sec pickups with 1min recovery jog. felt really smooth at 4:55 ish pace! really wanna do a time trial soon. also threw in some hill strides for form on grass loops. good stuff
